How to Register for Mardi Gras Outreach

1. Download the Outreach Application, make copies, and pass them out to your team; they will help
    you fill out the Registration Team Roster. You will not send these to Answering the Cries, as they
   are just meant to assist you.

2. Download Registration Team Roster and fill in the information completely.

3. Email the Registration Team Roster to mardigras@answeringthecries.org.

4. Download the medical release forms and distribute to the team. If someone is under 18, they need
    to fill out the “minor” form.

     - Fill the medical release form out completely
     - Don’t sign them until you get to a bank or church office to have them notarized

5.  Please make out only one check, payable to Answering the Cries
 
6. The Registration form, all medical release forms, and payments for your team are due by no later
     than February 15, 2011. If you have everything completed before January 20, which includes
     payment, Registration Roster, and all medical forms, your trip leader(s) will receive a discount of   
     $50.
